We look forward to making your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible and have complied this information to introduce you to the hotel, the facilities and some of the more popular attractions in the area. 

Reception

The hotel reception opens at 8:00am and closes at 10:00pm daily. Check out time is 10:30am during the week and 11:00am during the weekend. For departures before 8:00am please settle your account by 10:00pm the night before. To contact reception during normal hours dial 200.

Night Porter

The hotel night porter comes on duty at 10:00pm and is available throughout the night to preform any necessary reception duties, to provide service of late night drinks and a limited range of snacks. There is a £5.00 surcharge added to all orders delivered to rooms. To contact the Night Porter dial 200.

If you are out late

The main front door generally closes at midnight. If you intend being out after this hour please ring the door bell which is found to the right hand side of the main entrance to contact the night porter. In case of a fire of another emergency it is important to leave your key at reception any time you leave the hotel so we know if you are out of the building. Providing the reception team has received prior notice, the night porter will be pleased to give any assistance with late arrivals or early departures.  

Residents’ lounge and Conservatory

The Residents lounge and Conservatory are situated on the first floor. here you will also find easy access to the Hotel Gardens where we have our Garden Bar and Pizza Shed. Open seasonally when weather allows, hot & cold drinks are available to enjoy in a peaceful environment. 

You can also find a unisex, disabled access toilet with baby changing facilities.
