Newspapers
Newspapers can be ordered from the reception the previous evening and delivered to your room daily between 8:00am and 8:15am the following morning. The cost price only will be on your room bill.Laundry service
We offer a 24 hour laundry service (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and a same day service if delivered to reception by 9:00am. This is a wash and dry service, items being neatly folded and returned to your room. Dry cleaning can be arranged but will take up to 5 working days. In your wardrobe you can find a laundry bag. Place your laundry items in the bag and deliver to reception where it will be clearly marked with your name and room number. Telephones
Outside calls are charged. Internal and alarm calls are free of charge. To make a call to another room dial 3 followed by the room number. Single digit room numbers must be prefixed with 0 (e.g. to call room 5 dial 305, to call room 30 dial 330) Alarm calls can be organised by our Reception team (dial 200)
