Rooted in a deep appreciation of place, Tide & Table delivers a taste of our home, showcasing the very best Cornish produce and regional artisan suppliers. Seasonally inspired and sustainably minded, the restaurant prioritises local sourcing wherever possible, celebrating the richness of Cornwall’s exceptional produce.

Nestled within The Falcon Hotel, Tide & Table offers a contemporary dining setting that balances creativity with comfort, bringing together exceptional ingredients, considered technique, and warm, attentive service.

A Menu Inspired by the Region

• Seared Scallops & Hogs Pudding with corn, sorrel, black garlic and bouillabaisse
