Wine expert, Charles Steevenson, will start the evening with an informative, informal and entertaining tutored wine-tasting session of five wines in our Gallery, surrounded by Victorian & Edwardian paintings. He will be introducing an eclectic range of four more wines matched to Peter Gorton’s five course dinner, and the coolness of Autumn, looking forward to Winter.
The wine tasting will be followed by a delicious five-course dinner in our the Lord Tennyson restaurant, created by our Consultant Master Chef, Peter Gorton.. Sample the very best in local, seasonal produce, brought to life by the creative talents of Peter and Head Chef, Aaron Vanstone and his talented team, and complemented with carefully chosen wines.
