Anzac Day – Wine Tasting Dinner with Charles Steevenson & Peter Gorton

A 5 course menu beautifully paired with wine from Australia & New Zealand, along with a pre-dinner tutored wine tasting of 5 wines from the region by the leading regional Wine Merchants, Charles Steevenson.

Charles will guide you through a 30-40 minute intriguing & diverse selection of wines with his usual light hearted, always informative and enlightening approach.

The menu has been created by Peter Gorton (Master Chef of GB) and Aaron Vanstone (Head Chef) to reflect the antipodean culinary
delights available.
