Peter Gorton (Master Chef of G.B.) our Consultant Chef at the Falcon Hotel, has joined forces with the new head chef, Aaron Vanstone, to lead an experienced team which has designed an exciting a la carte menu for the Hotel.
A different menu is available at Sunday lunchtime when we produce a choice of starters, main courses (including freshly carved roasted meats, a vegetarian and a fresh fish dish along with a few of our most popular best sellers) and a selection of desserts. All items are individually priced and the same menu at the same price is also offered in the Coachman’s Bar & Grill. We revert to our normal menu again on the Sunday evening. At times, we can be extremely busy so to guarantee a table we recommend you book in advance.
