Chicken pad thai
Our Sous Chef, Mike Dodson, has created this beautiful Chicken Pad Thai for the specials menu today (Tuesday 19 November 2019).
Using fresh galangal and tamarind, along with chilli, soy sauce, chicken stock and a few other ingredients this dish smells as good as it tastes…
