DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION
A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per room is required within seven days of the expected arrival date, Unconfirmed bookings are held for five days but cannot be guaranteed after this period has expired .We reserve the right to charge the full tariff for any rooms cancelled after 6,00pm the previous day and for all non-arrivals.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Rooms are available from 2pm. on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30am. on the day of departure. lf you are arriving after 6pm please inform Reception. For any arrivals after 1 1pm. the Night Porter will be advised and will be able to book you into the hotel. On arrival please ensure you are aware of all fire escape routes and the assembly point for the hotel.

PAYMENT
The account is due for settlement on departure. All major credit cards are accepted. Cheques will be accepted if accompanied by a valid guarantee card. This tariff is subject to alteration without prior notice.(807)

USEFUL INFORMATION:

Cot Hire (Linen Included) – £5.00 per day

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served  7.00am – 9.30am weekdays
and 8.00am – 9.30am on Saturday and Sunday.

Laundry Service:
24 hour wash and dry laundry service is available Monday to Friday. This service is not available on Saturday or Sunday. Laundry bags are placed in the wardrobe of your bedroom.

Newspapers:
Newspapers can be ordered from reception on arrival and are placed outside your bedroom door between 8.00am and 8.15am.

Parking:
We have 15 car spaces at the front of the hotel and a shared car park with the Brendon Arms for up to 40 cars immediately across the road.There is also a large public car park within 100 meters. We cannot guarantee a parking space but we do have a disabled parking area and an unloading bay  in front of the hotel entrance.

Dogs:
No dogs are allowed with the exception of guide dogs.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel.

Children Sharing a Room:
Children twelve years and under sharing a room with two adults will be charged half the B & B tariff.

Flowers and Champagne:
For that extra welcome and final touch, and for only £55.00, we will provide an arrangement of fresh flowers and a bottle of champagne on ice in your room, to relax and greet you on arrival.

Hotel Lift:
Installed in 2006, this gives easy access to the first and second floors and the upper sun terrace, hotel gardens and residents’ lounge.
